Fish Stalker Charters is captained by Tim Gasch who been licensed by the US Coast Guard and has a rock solid background fishing the Chesapeake Bay. If it swims out there, Captain Gasch knows how to catch it. Captain Gasch aka "Captain Throttles" started at the age 8, working the bay several years under several “Old-School Captains” that truly knew the ropes in the charter industry. He had a great teacher; his dad Captain Jim Gasch on the "Miss Linda" with over 60 years of experience. Ever notice how someone really good makes it look so easy? Captain Jim Gasch and Captain Throttles both have a stealth-like power of observation, knowing everything that goes on around him. This trait has been passed down from father to son. Captain Throttles is always exuberant about catching the many species that the bay has to offer.

Captain Throttles started Fish Stalker Charters in 2003 with the purpose of introducing and exposing kids from the city and surrounding areas to the Chesapeake Bay. He takes great pride in catering to the young anglers program. Captain Throttles strives to teach the children about the beauty of the Bay and all the treasures it has to offer. It is very important to Captain Tim to teach and mentor the children in the exact same manner his father did to him. Captain Tim is committed to transforming his community into a safer, highly educated environment fostering the honest values and high standards in children that the Chesapeake Bay was founded on.
